MyNotes Vietnam Co., Ltd. values your trust in choosing our products. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we kindly ask you to carefully check the following when placing your order and before signing for delivery:

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
MyNotes Vietnam Co., Ltd. accepts returns or exchanges if:

The product is in its original packaging and shows no signs of use.

The product includes all accessories and promotional gifts (if any).

The delivery note or VAT invoice (if applicable) is provided.

The return/exchange request is made within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
We will process your request within 7 business days from the date you receive the product. Unfortunately, we cannot handle claims after this period.
3. Cases for Returns/Exchanges and Resolutions
Please take photos of the product and packaging, state your reason, and email us at lienhe@mynotes.vn with the subject “Return/Exchange Order #order_number”, or call our hotline at 033 463 2535.

Technical Issues (e.g., missing pages, damaged spine): We will replace it with the same product; if out of stock, we will refund or exchange for another product.

Wrong/Missing Items: We will deliver the correct product or send the missing items.

Damaged During Shipping (e.g., dented, wet): Please inspect upon receipt, note on the delivery receipt, and contact us for support.

Product Not as Described: Contact our hotline for case-by-case resolution.

Personal Reasons (e.g., ordered by mistake, don’t like it): Unfortunately, we do not support returns/exchanges.

Damage Caused by Customer: Returns/exchanges are not supported.
4. How to Return/Exchange Products
Please pack the product (including accessories, gifts, delivery note/invoice) and send it to the address we provide via email within 3 business days after your request is approved.

Products must be sent via postal service, and you are responsible for ensuring the product remains intact.

You will cover the shipping fees for returns/exchanges (except in cases of errors by MyNotes Vietnam Co., Ltd.).

We will update you on the processing status via email or phone after receiving the product.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via bank account within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.
