Order Processing: MyNotes takes a few hours to check and pack your order. If items are in stock, your order will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will prioritize shipping available items first and notify you accordingly.
Delivery: Once packed, your order will be delivered through our trusted shipping partners.
Special Gift Sets: For personalized gift sets, we will inform you of the specific delivery time to ensure the product is perfectly completed.

MyNotes Vietnam Co., Ltd. delivers nationwide with the following policies:

Within Hanoi City: A fixed shipping fee of 25,000 VND per order applies. You will not be charged any additional fees beyond this shipping cost.
Outside Hanoi City: We deliver to all provinces across the country. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the rates of our shipping partners (Giao Hang Nhanh, Giao Hang Tiet Kiem). These fees will be clearly communicated to you when placing your order on our website or through our support staff.

Our delivery staff will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time.
If you are not available at the delivery address, please authorize someone else to receive the order on your behalf.
We kindly request you to carefully inspect the products before signing for receipt. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately for prompt assistance.
